After a user uploads an existing tattoo, the Agent now begins preparing and analyzing the image earlier in the flow. Preferences still matter, but they no longer make the first useful feedback feel delayed.
Large photos are now handled more efficiently, reducing avoidable upload delays while preserving the detail needed for useful analysis.
Four directions, presented neutrally
The strategy screen separates four common cover-up approaches: rework, incorporation, full coverage, and blast-over. Each direction explains the visual tradeoff instead of presenting one option as universally best.
- Rework develops the existing form into a more intentional composition.
- Incorporation uses parts of the old tattoo inside a new design.
- Full coverage prioritizes enough density and scale to conceal the old ink.
- Blast-over allows selected parts of the original tattoo to remain visible.
A planning decision, not a verdict
